Manage your practice settings, notifications, security, and public profile.

Configure practice policies at Settings > Business:

How it works: After the grace period passes, the appointment is marked as a no-show and the fee is applied to the client’s account. Fees appear in your payment ledger for collection.

Send automatic messages to clients who miss appointments:

  1. Enable Automated Follow-Up
  2. Set delay (0-72 hours after no-show)
  3. Choose channels: Email and/or SMS
  4. The system sends a reschedule-encouraging message
  1. Enable SMS Reminders
  2. Choose timing: 24 hours before and/or 1 hour before
  3. Reminders include appointment date, time, and service details
  4. Only sent to clients with a phone number on file

Control how Senavida communicates with you at Settings > Notifications:

  • Toggle individual notification categories on or off
  • Configure email notification preferences
  • Customize Zoe AI assistant alerts

At Settings > Security:

  1. Find the Change Password card
  2. Verify your identity via email or phone
  3. Enter and confirm your new password
  4. Click Update Password

Review all account access and security events:

If you see unfamiliar activity, change your password immediately and contact support.

Manage your service catalog at Profile > Services:

  1. Click Add Service
  2. Set name, description, duration, price, color, and pricing type
  3. Configure package pricing or discounts if applicable
  4. Drag and drop to reorder services on your profile

At Profile > Analytics, track:

  • Invitation acceptance rate
  • Average response time
  • Reminder effectiveness
  • Trends over time

View your onboarding documents (eSign, User, Ethics agreements) at Profile > My Signed Documents.

Manage your plan at Profile > My Subscription — view current plan, billing frequency, trial status, and upgrade options.
