Manage your practice settings, notifications, security, and public profile.
Business settings
Section titled “Business settings”Configure practice policies at Settings > Business:
No-show & late cancellation policy
Section titled “No-show & late cancellation policy”| Setting | Default | Description |

How it works: After the grace period passes, the appointment is marked as a no-show and the fee is applied to the client’s account. Fees appear in your payment ledger for collection.
Automated follow-up
Section titled “Automated follow-up”Send automatic messages to clients who miss appointments:
- Enable Automated Follow-Up
- Set delay (0-72 hours after no-show)
- Choose channels: Email and/or SMS
- The system sends a reschedule-encouraging message
SMS appointment reminders
Section titled “SMS appointment reminders”- Enable SMS Reminders
- Choose timing: 24 hours before and/or 1 hour before
- Reminders include appointment date, time, and service details
- Only sent to clients with a phone number on file
Notification settings
Section titled “Notification settings”Control how Senavida communicates with you at Settings > Notifications:
- Toggle individual notification categories on or off
- Configure email notification preferences
- Customize Zoe AI assistant alerts
Security settings
Section titled “Security settings”At Settings > Security:
Changing your password
Section titled “Changing your password”- Find the Change Password card
- Verify your identity via email or phone
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Click Update Password
Security activity log
Section titled “Security activity log”Review all account access and security events:

If you see unfamiliar activity, change your password immediately and contact support.
Profile management

Changes auto-save with a 2-second delay.
Profile status

Services
Section titled “Services”Manage your service catalog at Profile > Services:
- Click Add Service
- Set name, description, duration, price, color, and pricing type
- Configure package pricing or discounts if applicable
- Drag and drop to reorder services on your profile
Profile analytics
Section titled “Profile analytics”At Profile > Analytics, track:
- Invitation acceptance rate
- Average response time
- Reminder effectiveness
- Trends over time
Signed documents
Section titled “Signed documents”View your onboarding documents (eSign, User, Ethics agreements) at Profile > My Signed Documents.
Subscription
Section titled “Subscription”Manage your plan at Profile > My Subscription — view current plan, billing frequency, trial status, and upgrade options.
