Messaging
Senavida Messaging provides secure, real-time communication with your clients and other providers.
Accessing messages
Section titled “Accessing messages”- Click Messages in the sidebar under Daily Operations
- Conversations are listed on the left, sorted by most recent activity
- Click a conversation to open the chat window
Conversation types
Section titled “Conversation types”| Badge | Type |

| CRM Lead (purple) | Conversation linked to a CRM lead |
Starting a conversation
Section titled “Starting a conversation”With a client
Section titled “With a client”- Click New at the top of the conversation list
- Select a connected client
- If a conversation already exists, it opens; otherwise a new one is created
With a CRM lead
Section titled “With a CRM lead”- Open the lead’s detail sheet in the CRM
- Click the Message Lead button
- A conversation is created and linked to the lead
- Messages are auto-logged as activity in the lead’s timeline
Sending messages
Section titled “Sending messages”- Type your message in the input field
- Press Enter to send (or Shift + Enter for a new line)
- Your messages appear on the right; received messages on the left
Voice messages
Section titled “Voice messages”- Click the microphone icon
- Record your message — a timer shows the duration
- Click Stop, then preview with the audio player
- Click Send to deliver or Cancel to discard
Voice messages are automatically transcribed to text.
Read receipts
Section titled “Read receipts”- Single checkmark — message sent
- Double checkmark — message read by the recipient
CRM integration
Section titled “CRM integration”Conversations linked to CRM leads:
- Display a purple CRM Lead badge in the conversation list
- Auto-log each message as activity (first 80 characters) in the lead’s activity feed
- Keep a complete record of all touchpoints without manual logging
Real-time updates
Section titled “Real-time updates”- Messages appear instantly without refreshing
- Conversation list reorders as new messages arrive
- Unread counts update automatically
- Read receipts reflect immediately
