Senavida integrates with popular tools to streamline your practice.

Connect external calendars to prevent double-booking and see all commitments in one place.

  1. Go to Settings > Calendar
  2. Choose your provider: Google, Microsoft, or Apple
  3. Authorize the connection
  4. Select which calendars to sync
  • Bidirectional — Senavida appointments appear on your external calendar and vice versa
  • Double-booking prevention — external events block your Senavida availability
  • Manual sync — click Sync Calendars in the calendar toolbar for immediate refresh
  • Calendar colors — external events display with their account-specific colors

Set up virtual sessions with Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.

  1. Go to Settings > Video Conferencing
  2. Click Connect Google Meet
  3. Authorize with your Google account
  4. Meeting links are automatically generated when you schedule virtual appointments

  2. Click Connect Microsoft Teams
  3. Authorize with your Microsoft account
  4. Meeting links are generated for virtual appointments

You can also paste any meeting URL (Zoom, Doxy.me, etc.) when scheduling an appointment.

Accept credit card payments via Stripe:

  1. Go to Settings > Credit Card Payments
  2. Click Payment Processing Setup
  3. Complete the Stripe merchant application (business info, ID verification, banking details)
  4. Wait for approval

Once active, credit card payment is automatically available on your invoices.

Connect your bank for automated transaction imports:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Follow the bank connection flow via Stripe
  3. Transactions are imported and categorized automatically

Configure direct deposit for your earnings:

  1. Set up your bank connection in Settings > Integrations
  2. Choose your payout schedule
  3. Track incoming transfers with detailed breakdowns

Migrate client data from CSV files or other platforms like Simple Practice:

  1. Go to Settings > Import/Export
  2. Click Import
  3. Upload your CSV file
  4. Map columns to Senavida fields (auto-guesses common column names)
  5. Preview and confirm the import

Export your client list as CSV for backup, reporting, or migration:

  1. Go to Settings > Import/Export
  2. Click Export
  3. Download the CSV file

Earn rewards by referring other providers to Senavida:

  1. Navigate to Ambassador Program in the sidebar
  2. Share your unique referral code or magic links
  3. Track referral status and earnings in real time
  4. Access tiered rewards with higher commissions for top performers
