Getting Started
This guide walks you through the onboarding process and your first steps on Senavida.
Onboarding checklist
Section titled “Onboarding checklist”When you first join Senavida, an onboarding checklist appears at the top of your dashboard. It tracks your progress as you complete each setup step.
Required steps
Section titled “Required steps”These three steps must be completed to activate your account:
1. Sign certification documents
Section titled “1. Sign certification documents”Sign three agreements electronically:
- eSign Agreement — consent to use electronic signatures
- User Agreement — platform terms of service
- Ethics Agreement — professional ethics and conduct standards
After signing all three, you earn the Senavida Certified badge.
2. Verify your phone number
Section titled “2. Verify your phone number”- Click “Verify phone number” in the checklist
- Enter your phone number
- Enter the SMS verification code you receive
- Your phone is now verified for appointment reminders and notifications
3. Set your availability
Section titled “3. Set your availability”- Click “Set your availability” in the checklist
- Define your working hours for each day of the week
- Set buffer time between appointments
- Save your availability
Optional steps
Section titled “Optional steps”These are recommended to unlock the full platform:

| Connect a calendar | 2-3 min | Sync with Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar |
| Connect your bank | 3-5 min | Enable automated transaction tracking and payouts |
| Connect video conferencing | 2-3 min | Set up Google Meet or Microsoft Teams for virtual sessions |
| Enable credit card payments | 5-10 min | Accept online payments via Stripe |
Checklist controls

Your dashboard
Section titled “Your dashboard”After onboarding, your provider dashboard includes customizable widgets:
- Snapshot — key metrics at a glance
- Today’s Schedule — upcoming appointments for the day
- Client Activity — recent client interactions
- CRM Pipeline — lead pipeline overview
- Task List — pending tasks and to-dos
- Quick Actions — shortcuts to common actions
- Revenue Overview — financial summary
