Finance & Accounting
The Finance module covers everything from invoicing clients to tracking expenses and preparing for taxes.
Invoicing & payments
Section titled “Invoicing & payments”Payment ledger
Section titled “Payment ledger”Your payment ledger shows all fees from appointments and sessions:
- Summary cards — totals for pending, collected, and overdue amounts
- Filters — by date preset, fee status, and client search
- Auto-invoicing status — shows your current configuration
Creating invoices
Section titled “Creating invoices”From the ledger:
- Find the fee entry
- Open the actions menu and click Generate Invoice
New invoice:
- Click New Invoice at the top
- Select client and items
- Configure details and preview
- Save or send
Superbills: Click New Superbill for insurance-formatted invoices. Send to the client or download as PDF.
Invoice actions

Batch actions
Section titled “Batch actions”Select multiple items for:
- Batch Generate — create invoices for all selected fees
- Batch Send — send all selected invoices
Consolidating invoices
Section titled “Consolidating invoices”Click Consolidate to combine multiple fees into a single invoice — useful for clients who prefer monthly billing.
Auto-invoicing
Section titled “Auto-invoicing”Configure in Settings > Invoices:

Enable Auto-Send to email invoices automatically.
Invoice branding
Section titled “Invoice branding”Customize in Settings > Invoices: logo, business name, address, billing email, footer notes, and invoice number prefix.

Section titled “Payment methods”Configure in Settings > Payment Methods:

Earnings & payouts
Section titled “Earnings & payouts”Track earnings from client payments at Finance > Earnings:

Setting up payment processing
Section titled “Setting up payment processing”- Go to Settings > Credit Card Payments
- Click Payment Processing Setup
- Complete the Stripe merchant application
- Wait for approval — you’ll be notified
