Finance & Accounting

The Finance module covers everything from invoicing clients to tracking expenses and preparing for taxes.

Your payment ledger shows all fees from appointments and sessions:

  • Summary cards — totals for pending, collected, and overdue amounts
  • Filters — by date preset, fee status, and client search
  • Auto-invoicing status — shows your current configuration

From the ledger:

  1. Find the fee entry
  2. Open the actions menu and click Generate Invoice

New invoice:

  1. Click New Invoice at the top
  2. Select client and items
  3. Configure details and preview
  4. Save or send

Superbills: Click New Superbill for insurance-formatted invoices. Send to the client or download as PDF.

Select multiple items for:

  • Batch Generate — create invoices for all selected fees
  • Batch Send — send all selected invoices

Click Consolidate to combine multiple fees into a single invoice — useful for clients who prefer monthly billing.

Configure in Settings > Invoices:

Enable Auto-Send to email invoices automatically.

Customize in Settings > Invoices: logo, business name, address, billing email, footer notes, and invoice number prefix.

Track earnings from client payments at Finance > Earnings:

View pending payouts, transaction history, and completed payout history with bank references.

  1. Go to Settings > Credit Card Payments
  2. Click Payment Processing Setup
  3. Complete the Stripe merchant application
  4. Wait for approval — you’ll be notified
