  1. Go to the Leads tab
  2. Click Add Lead
  3. Fill in: First Name, Last Name, Email/Phone, Pipeline Stage, Source, Estimated Value, Tags, Notes
  4. Click Save

The default view shows your pipeline as columns. Drag and drop lead cards between columns to change their stage.

Toggle to list view for sortable columns, search, stage/source filters, and multi-select for bulk operations.

Click any lead to open the detail sheet with three tabs:

  • View and create tasks with title, description, due date, and priority (Low/Medium/High)
  • Mark tasks complete with a single click
  • Overdue tasks are highlighted
  • View linked conversations with the lead
  • Start a new conversation if none exists
  • Messages are auto-logged as activity
  • Chronological log of all interactions
  • Activity types: Notes, Emails, Calls, Meetings, Stage Changes, Messages
  • Stage changes are logged automatically

Automatically rank leads based on configurable rules:

  1. Go to CRM > Settings
  2. Configure scoring rules — each rule has a field, condition, and point value
  3. Scores (0-100) update automatically when lead data changes

Default rules:

  • Has email: +10 | Has phone: +10 | Source is Referral: +15 | Value > $500: +20

When a lead reaches Won:

  1. Open the lead detail sheet
  2. Click Convert to Client
  3. Review and confirm
  4. The lead is linked to a new client profile

In list view, select multiple leads for batch actions:

  1. Click Import in the Leads tab
  2. Upload a .csv file
  3. Map columns to lead fields
  4. Preview and confirm

Send targeted text messages to lead segments:

  1. Go to CRM > Marketing
  2. Click New Campaign
  3. Step 1 — Write your message with template variables ({{first_name}}, {{last_name}}, {{provider_name}})
  4. Step 2 — Filter recipients by pipeline stage and source
  5. Step 3 — Review and send or save as draft

The Analytics tab shows:

  • Total Leads, Conversion Rate, Pipeline Value, Avg Time to Convert
  • Conversion funnel — where leads drop off
  • Source performance — leads and revenue per source
  • Time-in-stage analysis — identify bottlenecks
  • Win/loss trends — historical performance

Automated features that run in the background:

  • Stale lead alerts — email notifications when leads are idle (14+ days in Contacted, 7+ days in Qualified/Discovery Call)
  • Task reminders — daily email with overdue and due-today tasks
  • Daily digest — summary of new leads, stage changes, and task completions
