The Senavida CRM helps you manage your entire lead-to-client pipeline from a single dashboard.
CRM hub tabs

Lead management
Section titled “Lead management”Adding a lead
Section titled “Adding a lead”- Go to the Leads tab
- Click Add Lead
- Fill in: First Name, Last Name, Email/Phone, Pipeline Stage, Source, Estimated Value, Tags, Notes
- Click Save
Pipeline stages
Section titled “Pipeline stages”| Stage | Description |

| New | Fresh lead, not yet contacted |
| Contacted | Initial outreach made |
| Qualified | Lead is a good fit |
| Discovery Call | Consultation scheduled or completed |
| Won | Converted to a paying client |
| Lost | Did not convert |
Kanban view
Section titled “Kanban view”The default view shows your pipeline as columns. Drag and drop lead cards between columns to change their stage.
List view
Section titled “List view”Toggle to list view for sortable columns, search, stage/source filters, and multi-select for bulk operations.
Lead detail
Section titled “Lead detail”Click any lead to open the detail sheet with three tabs:
Tasks tab
Section titled “Tasks tab”- View and create tasks with title, description, due date, and priority (Low/Medium/High)
- Mark tasks complete with a single click
- Overdue tasks are highlighted
Messages tab
Section titled “Messages tab”- View linked conversations with the lead
- Start a new conversation if none exists
- Messages are auto-logged as activity
Activity tab
Section titled “Activity tab”- Chronological log of all interactions
- Activity types: Notes, Emails, Calls, Meetings, Stage Changes, Messages
- Stage changes are logged automatically
Lead scoring
Section titled “Lead scoring”Automatically rank leads based on configurable rules:
- Go to CRM > Settings
- Configure scoring rules — each rule has a field, condition, and point value
- Scores (0-100) update automatically when lead data changes
Default rules:
- Has email: +10 | Has phone: +10 | Source is Referral: +15 | Value > $500: +20
Converting leads to clients
Section titled “Converting leads to clients”When a lead reaches Won:
- Open the lead detail sheet
- Click Convert to Client
- Review and confirm
- The lead is linked to a new client profile
Bulk operations
Section titled “Bulk operations”In list view, select multiple leads for batch actions:

CSV import
Section titled “CSV import”- Click Import in the Leads tab
- Upload a
.csvfile - Map columns to lead fields
- Preview and confirm
SMS campaigns
Section titled “SMS campaigns”Send targeted text messages to lead segments:
- Go to CRM > Marketing
- Click New Campaign
- Step 1 — Write your message with template variables (
{{first_name}},{{last_name}},{{provider_name}}) - Step 2 — Filter recipients by pipeline stage and source
- Step 3 — Review and send or save as draft
Analytics
Section titled “Analytics”The Analytics tab shows:
- Total Leads, Conversion Rate, Pipeline Value, Avg Time to Convert
- Conversion funnel — where leads drop off
- Source performance — leads and revenue per source
- Time-in-stage analysis — identify bottlenecks
- Win/loss trends — historical performance
CRM automation
Section titled “CRM automation”Automated features that run in the background:
- Stale lead alerts — email notifications when leads are idle (14+ days in Contacted, 7+ days in Qualified/Discovery Call)
- Task reminders — daily email with overdue and due-today tasks
- Daily digest — summary of new leads, stage changes, and task completions
