Client Management
The Client Management section is your central hub for organizing and communicating with your clients.
Accessing clients
Section titled “Accessing clients”- Click Clients in the sidebar under Daily Operations
- The page shows your client list and any pending connection requests
Connection requests
Section titled “Connection requests”When a client finds you on Senavida and sends a connection request, it appears at the top of the page:
- Accept — adds the client to your list with “Active” status
- Decline — rejects the request
Client list
Section titled “Client list”Searching and filtering
Section titled “Searching and filtering”- Search bar — find clients by name, email, or phone number
- Status filter — All, Active, Inactive, Pending, Archived
Client table columns

Quick actions
Section titled “Quick actions”- Message — open a conversation
- Invite / Resend — send or resend a portal invitation
- Edit — modify client information
- Delete — remove the client
- View Client — full client profile
- Start New Session — begin a session note
- View All Sessions — see session history
Adding clients
Section titled “Adding clients”Single client
Section titled “Single client”- Click Add Client
- Fill in:
- First Name and Last Name (required)
- Email, Phone, Date of Birth, Status, Notes (optional)
- Emergency Contact Name and Phone (optional)
- Click Add Client
What happens:
- If the email belongs to an existing Senavida user, a connection request is sent
- If the email is new, the client is added as “Pending” and an invitation email is sent
- If no email is provided, the client is added directly
Portal invitations
Section titled “Portal invitations”Invite clients to create their own Senavida account:
- Click the mail icon next to any uninvited client
- Confirm or enter their email address
- Optionally add a personal message (up to 500 characters)
- Click Send Invitation — links expire after 7 days
Bulk invitations
Section titled “Bulk invitations”- Select multiple clients using checkboxes
- Click Invite X Client(s) in the batch action bar
- Add an optional shared message
- Click Send — a progress bar shows results
Client statuses
Section titled “Client statuses”| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Connected and active relationship |
| Inactive | Temporarily inactive |
| Pending | Invitation sent, awaiting acceptance |
| Archived | Relationship ended or client archived |
Pagination
Section titled “Pagination”Control how many clients appear per page (10, 25, 50, or 100) using the selector at the bottom.
