Client Management

The Client Management section is your central hub for organizing and communicating with your clients.

  1. Click Clients in the sidebar under Daily Operations
  2. The page shows your client list and any pending connection requests

When a client finds you on Senavida and sends a connection request, it appears at the top of the page:

  • Accept — adds the client to your list with “Active” status
  • Decline — rejects the request
  • Search bar — find clients by name, email, or phone number
  • Status filter — All, Active, Inactive, Pending, Archived

  • Message — open a conversation
  • Invite / Resend — send or resend a portal invitation

  1. Click Add Client
  2. Fill in:
    • First Name and Last Name (required)
    • Email, Phone, Date of Birth, Status, Notes (optional)
    • Emergency Contact Name and Phone (optional)
  3. Click Add Client

What happens:

  • If the email belongs to an existing Senavida user, a connection request is sent
  • If the email is new, the client is added as “Pending” and an invitation email is sent
  • If no email is provided, the client is added directly

Invite clients to create their own Senavida account:

  1. Click the mail icon next to any uninvited client
  2. Confirm or enter their email address
  3. Optionally add a personal message (up to 500 characters)
  4. Click Send Invitation — links expire after 7 days
  1. Select multiple clients using checkboxes
  2. Click Invite X Client(s) in the batch action bar
  3. Add an optional shared message
  4. Click Send — a progress bar shows results

Control how many clients appear per page (10, 25, 50, or 100) using the selector at the bottom.
