Calendar & Scheduling
The Senavida Calendar is your central hub for managing appointments, tracking your schedule, and syncing with external calendars.
Calendar views
Section titled “Calendar views”| View | Best For |

Switch between views using the buttons at the top of the calendar.
Calendar toolbar

Creating appointments
Section titled “Creating appointments”Method 1: Click and drag
Section titled “Method 1: Click and drag”- Click and drag across a time range on the calendar
- The appointment dialog opens with times pre-filled
- Fill in client, service, and other details
Method 2: New Appointment button
Section titled “Method 2: New Appointment button”- Click New Appointment in the toolbar
- Select date, time, client, and service
Appointment fields

Adding a client inline
Section titled “Adding a client inline”If the client isn’t in your system yet:
- Click + Add New Client in the client dropdown
- Enter First Name and Last Name (required), plus optional Email and Phone
- Click Add Client & Continue
Package sessions
Section titled “Package sessions”If a client has an active service package, a badge shows remaining sessions. Check Use package to deduct a session.
Rescheduling
Section titled “Rescheduling”Drag to reschedule
Section titled “Drag to reschedule”- Click and hold an appointment on the calendar
- Drag it to the new date and time
- Optionally add a reason for the reschedule
- Click Confirm — the client is notified automatically
Resize to adjust duration
Section titled “Resize to adjust duration”Drag the bottom edge of an appointment to extend or shorten it.
Appointment statuses
Section titled “Appointment statuses”| Status | Meaning |

| Pending | Awaiting client confirmation |
| Confirmed | Client has confirmed |
| Completed | Session finished |
| Cancelled | Cancelled by either party |
| Declined | Client declined |

Viewing appointment details
Section titled “Viewing appointment details”Click any appointment to see:
- Client name and status
- Service name with color indicator
- Date, time, and duration
- Location and virtual meeting link
- Notes
Available actions: Delete, Reschedule, Start Session (within 2 hours of appointment time).
Calendar sync
Section titled “Calendar sync”Connecting external calendars
Section titled “Connecting external calendars”- Go to Settings > Calendar
- Choose Google, Microsoft, or Apple
- Authorize the connection
- Select which calendars to sync
How sync works
Section titled “How sync works”- Bidirectional — Senavida appointments appear on your external calendar and vice versa
- Prevents double-booking — external events block availability
- Manual sync — click Sync Calendars for immediate refresh
Color coding
Section titled “Color coding”Each service has a unique color for quick visual identification:
- Colors are configured in Profile > Services
- External calendar events use their own colors
- Cancelled appointments appear in gray at reduced opacity
SMS reminders
Section titled “SMS reminders”Set up automated appointment reminders in Settings > Business:
- Enable SMS Appointment Reminders
- Choose timing: 24 hours before and/or 1 hour before
- Reminders are sent to clients with a phone number on file
