Calendar & Scheduling

The Senavida Calendar is your central hub for managing appointments, tracking your schedule, and syncing with external calendars.

  1. Click and drag across a time range on the calendar
  2. The appointment dialog opens with times pre-filled
  3. Fill in client, service, and other details

  2. Select date, time, client, and service

If the client isn’t in your system yet:

  1. Click + Add New Client in the client dropdown
  2. Enter First Name and Last Name (required), plus optional Email and Phone
  3. Click Add Client & Continue

If a client has an active service package, a badge shows remaining sessions. Check Use package to deduct a session.

  1. Click and hold an appointment on the calendar
  2. Drag it to the new date and time
  3. Optionally add a reason for the reschedule
  4. Click Confirm — the client is notified automatically

Drag the bottom edge of an appointment to extend or shorten it.

Click any appointment to see:

  • Client name and status
  • Service name with color indicator
  • Date, time, and duration
  • Location and virtual meeting link
  • Notes

Available actions: Delete, Reschedule, Start Session (within 2 hours of appointment time).

  1. Go to Settings > Calendar
  2. Choose Google, Microsoft, or Apple
  3. Authorize the connection
  4. Select which calendars to sync
  • Bidirectional — Senavida appointments appear on your external calendar and vice versa
  • Prevents double-booking — external events block availability
  • Manual sync — click Sync Calendars for immediate refresh

Each service has a unique color for quick visual identification:

  • Colors are configured in Profile > Services
  • External calendar events use their own colors
  • Cancelled appointments appear in gray at reduced opacity

Set up automated appointment reminders in Settings > Business:

  1. Enable SMS Appointment Reminders
  2. Choose timing: 24 hours before and/or 1 hour before
  3. Reminders are sent to clients with a phone number on file
