Your Care Team

The My Team page shows all the wellness providers you’re connected with on Senavida.

Viewing your team

1. Click My Team in the sidebar
2. Your connected providers are displayed with their name, title, specialties, and profile photo

Provider information

For each provider on your team, you can see:

• Name and title — their professional credentials
• Specialties — areas of expertise (e.g., anxiety, nutrition, yoga)
• Services offered — the types of sessions available
• Contact information — how to reach them outside the platform

Actions

From your team page, you can:

• View profile — see the provider’s full public profile
• Book appointment — schedule a new session
• Send message — start a conversation
• View appointments — see your appointment history with that provider

How connections work

• Provider-initiated: Your provider adds you as a client and sends an invitation
• Client-initiated: You find a provider in the directory and send a connection request
• Once connected, you can book appointments, exchange messages, and share wellness data
• If a provider deactivates the connection, you’ll still have access to your historical data (visit summaries, invoices, etc.)
