Profile & Settings
Manage your account information, notification preferences, and security settings from the Profile section.
Updating your profile
Section titled “Updating your profile”-
Click Profile in the sidebar

Update your personal information:
- Name — your first and last name
- Email — your login email address
- Phone — your phone number (used for SMS reminders)
- Date of birth — your date of birth
- Profile photo — upload a photo for your account
- Emergency contact — name and phone number for emergencies

Save your changes
Notification preferences
Section titled “Notification preferences”Control how Senavida communicates with you:
- Email notifications — toggle notifications for appointments, messages, invoices, and more
- SMS notifications — receive text message reminders for upcoming appointments (requires a phone number on file)
Security
Section titled “Security”Changing your password
Section titled “Changing your password”- Go to your security settings
- Follow the verification process (via email or phone)
- Enter your new password
- Confirm and save
Security activity
Section titled “Security activity”Review your recent account activity:
- Login history with dates, times, and approximate locations
- Security events like password changes
- If you see unfamiliar activity, change your password immediately and contact support
- Keep your phone number up to date — this ensures you receive SMS appointment reminders
- Use a strong password — avoid reusing passwords from other services
- Review your activity log periodically — catch any unauthorized access early
