Goals

The Goals feature helps you set, track, and achieve your personal wellness objectives.

  1. Click Goals in the sidebar
  2. View your current goals and their progress
  1. Click Create Goal or Add Goal
  2. Enter the goal details:
    • Title — a clear, specific name for your goal
    • Description — additional details or motivation
    • Target date — when you want to achieve the goal
    • Category — the area of wellness the goal relates to
  3. Save the goal
  • Update your goal progress regularly to stay on track
  • Your providers can view your goals and may offer guidance during sessions
  • Progress is reflected in your overall wellness dashboard
  • Edit a goal to update its details or target date
  • Mark complete when you’ve achieved a goal
  • Archive goals you no longer want to track
  • Be specific — “Meditate for 10 minutes daily” is better than “Meditate more”
  • Set realistic timelines — goals with achievable deadlines keep you motivated
  • Share with your provider — your care team can help you stay accountable and adjust goals during sessions
