Getting Started

This guide walks you through creating your Senavida account and taking your first steps on the platform.

There are two ways to join Senavida as a client:

  1. Your wellness provider sends you an email invitation
  2. Click the link in the invitation email
  3. Create your password and complete your profile
  4. You are automatically connected to the provider who invited you
  1. Visit senavida.com and click Sign Up
  2. Choose Client as your account type
  3. Enter your name, email, and create a password
  4. Verify your email address
  5. Complete your profile information
  1. Go to senavida.com and click Sign In
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. You’ll land on your client dashboard
  1. Click Forgot Password on the login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email for a reset link
  4. Follow the link to create a new password

Your dashboard is the home screen after logging in. The left sidebar provides access to all features:

If you signed up on your own (not via invitation), you can find and connect with providers:

  1. Browse the Senavida provider directory
  2. View provider profiles with their specialties, services, and availability
  3. Send a connection request to a provider
  4. Once they accept, you can book appointments, message them, and more
