Appointments
Manage all your wellness appointments from the Appointments page.
Viewing your appointments
Section titled “Viewing your appointments”- Click Appointments in the sidebar
- Your upcoming and past appointments are displayed in a list
- Each appointment shows the provider name, service, date, time, and status
Appointment statuses
Section titled “Appointment statuses”| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Scheduled | Appointment is booked and confirmed |
| Pending | Waiting for provider confirmation |
| Confirmed | Provider has confirmed the appointment |
| Completed | Session has taken place |
| Cancelled | Appointment was cancelled |
| No Show | You did not attend the appointment |
| Reschedule Requested | A new time has been proposed |
Booking an appointment
Section titled “Booking an appointment”- Navigate to Appointments
- Click Book Appointment
- Select your provider from your connected team
- Choose a service from their offerings
- Pick an available date and time slot
- Add any notes for your provider (optional)
- Confirm the booking
Your provider will be notified, and you’ll receive a confirmation.
Rescheduling an appointment
Section titled “Rescheduling an appointment”- Find the appointment you want to reschedule
- Click the reschedule option
- Choose a new date and time from available slots
- Confirm the change
Your provider is notified automatically when you reschedule.
Cancelling an appointment
Section titled “Cancelling an appointment”- Find the appointment you want to cancel
- Click the cancel option
- Confirm the cancellation
Virtual appointments
Section titled “Virtual appointments”If your appointment includes a virtual session:
- A Join Meeting button appears on the appointment details
- Click it at the scheduled time to join via Google Meet or Microsoft Teams
- The meeting link is also sent in your confirmation email
Appointment reminders
Section titled “Appointment reminders”You may receive reminders before your appointment:
- Email reminders are sent based on your notification preferences
- SMS reminders are sent if you have a phone number on file and your provider has enabled them (typically 24 hours and 1 hour before)
